At Factorial we are looking for a Sales Automation Specialist to accelerate our sales organization with advanced automation and technology. This position requires strong technical skills (SQL, Python, Javascript, GraphiQL) as well as an extremely curious mindset when it comes to Sales Technology and Innovation.

The role

• Continuously increase the value we are perceiving from our CRM (Hubspot) by introducing advanced automation and connecting to other systems
• Propose game-changing innovative tech solutions that will help us save time or generate more revenue
• Collaborate with our Growth Engineering team on database management initiatives (e.g. duplicate management)
• Research new best in class technology and propose their implementation

Your Profile

• Solid knowledge of SQL and Python or Javascript
• Previous experience with CRMs (preferably Hubspot) and CRM automation
• Previous experience with Sales Tech stack (Gong, Chilipiper, Aircall, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Clay, Smartlead, etc)
• Solid understanding of API landscape
• Good understanding of the B2B SaaS environment, especially the commercial organization
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard
