As a Sales Market Research Analyst you will play a pivotal role in supporting the generation of high-quality leads for our Sales Teams. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, identifying potential customers, and providing valuable insights to optimize our sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with exceptional analytical skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a passion for uncovering new business opportunities.

The Role 📜

• Generate new leads aligned with Factorial's ICP by conducting extensive market research to identify and evaluate potential target markets, industries, and customer segments.
• Collaborate with all Sales and other cross-functional teams, including marketing, and product development, to gather relevant data and insights for lead generation.
• Create, build and maintain quality databases, and utilize various research tools and industry resources to gather and analyze data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Identify specific points of contact within targeted companies, including key decision-makers and influencers, to facilitate personalized outreach.
• Manage communication with prospective B2B clients, engaging in effective and persuasive conversations to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

• Distribute leads among Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring a fair and balanced distribution to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Generate detailed reports with key KPIs to measure the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Your Profile 🧐

• You are an expert Portuguese speaker & intermediate English We are international!
• Experience in Sales, Operations, Marketing or similar analytical roles within a fast-paced digital environment; ✨Sales Development Representative, Sales Specialist, Business Developer, Inside Sales...
• Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
• Interest for market research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and statistical tools.
• Understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management.

• Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution! (we have a culture of change!)
• Flexibility to adapt to different situations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, proactive and driven by achievement.
