Key Responsibilities:

• Understand clients' performance management needs and align software solutions accordingly.
• Lead seamless integration of performance features tailored to clients' requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization.
• Offer expert advice on performance management strategies and software utilization.
• Utilize data analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spanish and english
• Experience in the finance department
• Strong technical proficiency and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
