At Factorial we're looking for a new Payroll Sales Account Executive - Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level.
The payroll team has made an exponential growth from march to now. The team has been doubling sales month after month overpassing like this all the golas.

What will you be doing? 👀
- Responsible for managing Sales qualified deals, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the execution of the sales cycle.
- Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle to a point of close.
- Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
- Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiating with C-Suite and VP -Level Executives.
- Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.
- Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our clients.
Your Profile 🧐
- Hunter + Farmer mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.
- Have experience in Sales/B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
- You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
- You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
- You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop
- You have native Spanish level and are fluent in English.
- You have knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll.
- More than 2 years of experience in sales
- You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.
- Experience in Full cycle sales B2B.
- Previous experience in the SMBs market.
