The Role 📜
We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist Intern to join the product team. As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to accurately input text and numerical information into Factorial's platform. You will handle sensitive and confidential data, maintaining the integrity and security of the information. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping the database up-to-date by entering new and revised customer and account details. You will also play a key role in establishing entry priorities and exploring automation tools like Zapier to streamline data entry processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input text, figures, and other information into company spreadsheets and databases, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain data security protocols.
- Database Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the company's databases by entering new customer and account information, as well as modifying existing records as needed.
- Entry Priorities: Determine the priority of data entry tasks based on business needs, deadlines, and specific project requirements.
- Automation: Explore and implement automation tools, such as Zapier, to streamline and optimize data entry processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual workload.
