At Factorial we are looking for a to help us boost the company to the next level 🦄

Your tasks:

• Develop and implement human resources policies.
• Provide guidance and an effective service related to employee-relations matters.
• Give counsel to management regarding labor and operational issues. Propose solutions according to the company's policies and culture.
• Coordinate and support immigration processes.
• Handle HR reporting for both internal and external matters.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Create and keep the Employee and Manager handbook policies and processes up to date.
• Work along with the Product team to make an impact in Factorial.
• Give support to payroll processes and other core HR functions related to the employee lifecycle.
• Participate in any ad hoc projects

Your profile:

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations.

• Start-up experience would be a plus!

• Previous working experience as a HR Assistant or Junior People Operations.

• Proven experience in labor relations is a must.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and processes (e.g. A3nom, Sistema Red, Siltr@).
