At Factorial, we're looking for a new Business Development Intern for the DACH market to help us bring Factorial to the next level.

If you have an entrepreneurial soul, this role will be a perfect fir for you as we are building the whole business unit from scratch and there will be lots of opportunities to take the ownership and build the processes yourself!

The Role 📜

  • Search for new potential strategic partners and manage the full sales cycle with them until they join our partner program
  • Identify and build strong relationships with potential partners that align strategically with us in the HR and tech space (our partners sell, implement and support Factorial)
  • Be the key point of contact of your partner portfolio
  • You will conduct regular meetings (video meetings, demos) with all your partners and their clients to keep them updated on the product and finding solutions to specific problems that they may have.
  • Gather feedback from our partners and their clients on a regular basis to identify pains and opportunities to further develop our partnership channel
  • Upsell any additional Factorial products/services to partners based on client needs
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams: SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience
  • You will report directly to the Partnership's Manager and Senior Leadership Team

Your Profile

  • You have a native German level and are fluent in English.
  • Hunter mentality, persistent and ready to hustle
  • You are a good communicator, and you empathize quickly with people
  • You are a natural networker and you always think business
  • You are proactive, creative and love to make things happen

Bonus Points

  • You worked in a startup or fast-paced working environment or with partnership or channel sales
  • You have knowledge/ experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll
  • Knowledge of full cycle Sales B2B
  • You have experience using typical sales tools, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
