We are growing faster than ever, raising 250M$ in total funding. We are looking for Business Development Representatives to help us boost our expansion to the USA Market. The Role

  • Partner with and support Account Executives in generating and booking meetings with qualified individuals.
  • Create and execute thoughtful and targeted research into prospects tailoring messaging, and effectively performing initial qualification by identifying pain points and/or initiatives that align with Factorial HR
  • Complete 100+ activities a day/make 60+ calls daily
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics (calls, emails, discovery meetings (intro calls), demos).
  • Identify target accounts and prospects and effectively pitch Factorial HR to book discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Participate in ongoing enablement, coaching, and sales training.
  • Active participation in team and company events, activities, contests, and social media sharing
  • Utilize sales processes, systems, tools, and resources (Hubspot, LinkedIn, etc.) to improve BDR productivity.


  • 1 year+ of Business Development or Sales Development experience (experience cold-calling and prospecting.)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Sales Navigator - Outreach/SalesLoft.
  • Organization skills around metrics and ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated to generate pipeline
  • Results-driven and able to effectively overcome objections.
  • Hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
  • Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect
  • Crush your goals and have fun while doing it!
  • This is a Hybrid position based in Miami.

Bonus Points

  • Have experience using sales engagement tools like SalesLoft, Outreach
  • Have experience with prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha
