The Role 📜
- Provide a good and solution-oriented first impression to your prospects about Factorial
- Meet your prospects in a First DEMO booked by your partner SDR
- Engage and deepen your understanding on your customers problems and needs.
- Help your prospects uncover hidden needs that they were not aware of
- Give a solution-oriented demostration to your client and work together with them to provide them with the tools they need to solve their problems
- Design creative strategies and keep your days efficient and well organized to exceed your sales target!
- Negotiate directly with C-Suite and VP -Level Executives to close the best win-win deals
- Build a strong team with your partners SDRs and design strategies together to reach your common MRR target!
- Be a part of the DACH Market Expansion within Factorial, help us to understand the landscape, develop new strategies and establish Factorial, as the leading solution!
Your Profile 🧐
- You are a German native speaker and professional English level.
- Previous Sales Experience; Customer Satisfaction, Project Management and similar experiences are positively valued!
- Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
- Connect & Share: Connecting is in your DNA, both for customers and other internal areas! Active listening and resolution skills will be essential!
- Success driven: Be persistent, creative and look for new ways to innovate and find solutions
- Strategic view: Forecasting, good organisation and planning and pipeline management will help you achieve your results
- Soft side: Your are detail oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated & ambitious to grow within an exciting team!
