GET AN IMPRESSION OF THE TEAM
The operations team ensures smooth day-to-day performance within the warehouse and on the streets. As a M&R Supervisor, you support the local operations by organizing shifts, coordinating drivers, and keeping the fleet ready for use. Working closely with the site lead and your teammates, you help maintain efficient warehouse processes, stable performance, and a reliable service for our customers. Your role contributes directly to keeping the operation running seamlessly and supporting the continued growth of the city’s performance.
- Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, including shift planning and task allocation for our in-house mechanics & 3PLs.
- Prepare and organize team shifts, ensuring smooth battery, key, and vehicle management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for drivers/mechanics and act as the primary emergency contact for customers when needed.
- Monitor the operational performance of your city, provide regular updates to the site lead, and support the recruitment of new team members.
Education & Experience:
- Initial experience in logistics, mechanics, warehouse operations, or a similar operational environment.
- Confident team player with the ability to support colleagues, ideally with some first exposure to leading a small team.
- Comfortable working hands-on in daily warehouse tasks when needed.
- Strong organizational abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of shift planning and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and work independently when required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Holding a valid Class B driver’s license would be a plus.
- Fluency in English or German required.
- Based in Hamburg or region.
