GET AN IMPRESSION OF THE TEAM
We are a close-knit, mission-driven, and ambitious TA team of 3, based across Europe (Germany and Poland). We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager who can bring in additional experience hiring for white collar and ground teams.
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
- Design and implement the global recruitment strategy (1-2 years ahead) including AI, efficiency elements
- Advise our leadership on hiring strategies in alignment with their growth expectations
- Drive pro-active training needs for hiring-managers and ensure a seamless TA experience journey for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Support headcount and forecasting planification where/if possible
- Measure success and process quality
- Scale, lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team
- Drive our Employer Branding in cross functional initiatives
- Hands on recruitment activities when needed
- Driving compliance in TA department
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of recruiting in a startup/scale-up or fast-paced international environment
- 1+ years experience leading, scaling and mentoring a team of TA top performers
- Further these skills round your profile:
- You are data driven to the bone - from your experience you know that Talent Acquisition needs good data as decision base
- You bring a strong network and charismatic personality
- You are always up to date of benchmarks, competition and the latest trends in people topics
- You thrive within a hyper growth environment and adjust quickly to changes
- You shine with excellent communication skills in English
