Job Description

The mission of the Head of Operations is to connect teams, strengthen processes, and structure systems and tools that enable a more efficient operation and sustainable business growth.

We are looking for a professional with a strong process- and systems-oriented mindset, capable of optimizing cross-functional collaboration, implementing tools and automation, and building scalable structures that support better and more informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of 30+ professionals.

• Optimize processes and workflows across teams.

• Partner with the leadership team to define strategies that ensure budget achievement and market profitability.

• Implement tools, automation, and technological solutions to improve operational efficiency.

• Integrate technology, processes, and operations to strengthen execution.

• Lead the strategic direction of key market projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading commercial teams and middle management roles (coordinators, team leaders, supervisors, etc.)

• Experience in transferable industries, such as startups, fintech, or other fast-paced environments

• Advanced English level (C1).

• Experience working with CRM platforms.

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables or advanced level).

• Knowledge of Tableau.

• Ability to develop a holistic and in-depth understanding of the business.

• Strong capabilities in process optimization and operational management.

• Systems thinking mindset with experience in process architecture.

• Experience working with technological tools, automation, or cloud-based solutions.

• Exposure to data architecture or information systems.
