Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager who enjoys working at the intersection of data, research, product execution, and operations. You’ll support patient care (the team in charge of users support, content moderation and users voice) by turning insights into action, helping extract and surface the right information for decisions, and driving project outcomes with clarity and flexibility.
This role sits within a global team, working closely with local operational and user support teams across multiple countries. You’ll help ensure that insights, initiatives, and improvements are not only well-designed, but also executable and impactful in real operational contexts.
This is a mid-level PM role, ideal for someone with previous exposure to research, data, process frameworks, or operations, and a strong motivation to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic, international environment.
What You’ll Do
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Plan , organize, and track project milestones across product, tech, business, and operational teams.
- Define and support day-to-day execution of tasks, ensuring clarity around deliverables, timelines, and owners.
- Help maintain project documentation, status reports, and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
- Support coordination between global initiatives and local execution, helping ensure alignment across teams and markets.
Data-Guided Insights
- Work with basic data extraction tools or SQL queries to pull relevant metrics or datasets for analysis.
- Assist in gathering and summarizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform project and operational decisions.
- Support the use of operational metrics (e.g. volumes, response times, recurring issues) to help identify patterns, priorities, and improvement opportunities.
User & Market Research Support
- Collaborate on user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability studies helping coordinate logistics and synthesize findings into clear insights.
- Contribute to research initiatives by organizing user and operational feedback, patterns, and trends into actionable recommendations that work across different markets.
Operational & Cross-Market Collaboration
- Collaborate with local customer support and operational teams to understand workflows, constraints, and country-specific realities.
- Support the rollout of global initiatives into local operations, helping adapt processes, documentation, and communication where needed.
- Help identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies and work with stakeholders to propose practical, scalable improvements.
- Act as a bridge between global strategy and local execution, ensuring initiatives are realistic, understood, and actionable.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate project status and insights clearly to stakeholders in English.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration with a flexible mindset, adapting communication style based on audience, context, and level of operational maturity.
Qualifications
- Strong communicator in English: written and spoken, able to present ideas and findings clearly.
- Comfortable with data basics even if not yet advanced (knowing SQL, Excel, or BI dashboards willing to improve and learn docplanner way).
- Able to understand and work with operational processes, even if you haven’t designed them yourself.
- Curious about user behavior, research methods, and how insights translate into real-world execution.
- Natural at managing and organizing projects that require data driven decisions.
- Flexible and adaptable: you thrive in environments where priorities shift and learning is constant. Problem solver spirit is a must.
- Pragmatic and execution-oriented: you care about solutions that work in real operational contexts, not just ideal scenarios.
- A builder mentality: you want to help shape, not just execute, and are eager to propose solutions, not just highlight problems.
- Empathetic and user-centric — someone who can see things from different angles (business, user, technical, operational).
Nice to Have
- Experience with user research methods, UX basics, or interpreting user data.
- Exposure to customer support, operations, or service-based environments.
- Experience working with global or multi-country teams.
- Exposure to Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement frameworks from past roles.
- Familiarity with project tools (Jira, Notion, Trello) or data tools (SQL, Looker, Analytics, Amplitude).
- Familiarity with analytical coding (Python, R) is a plus.
- Exposure to AI Gen and API flows.
