Job Description
As a HR Business Partner, you will be the main People point of contact for a group of Go-To-Market teams, working closely with managers and employees on day-to-day people topics.
You will have full ownership of your assigned teams, with the support and guidance of a Senior HRBP, combining execution with growing exposure to business-driven HR decisions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow from a hands-on HR role into a strong HRBP profile.
What will you be responsible for?
Act as the People Partner for team leaders and managers within your scope, supporting day-to-day topics such as team organization, performance conversations, learning needs and employee development.
Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for your teams, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
Support performance reviews, promotions and internal movements by preparing data, analysis and proposals, in close collaboration with a Senior HRBP.
Be the first point of contact for employees, resolving HR-related questions and guiding them through people processes and policies.
Use people data and dashboards to analyze trends, identify risks and provide insights to managers, helping them make better people decisions.
Participate in People Experience initiatives and projects, increasing your autonomy and impact over time with the support of a Senior HRBP.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Psychology or similar.
2–3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to Business Partnering or Generalist responsibilities and a solid understanding of core HR processes such as: hiring, onboarding, talent development, wellbeing programs, terminations.
Business curiosity, with interest in understanding how HR supports GTM teams.
Data-oriented mindset, comfortable reading dashboards, analyzing information and turning insights into actions
Fluent Spanish, with experience in Spanish labor law; English is needed to work in an international environment.
IA savvy, you have experience with implementing IA in your daily work and you are very keen on learning more about it.
