Job Description
The Role
Reporting directly to our COO, you will be the core of our expansion strategy. You won't just be a manager, but a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value.
Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Upsell Leader, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists, ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approach
- Defining the Upsell strategy across various client segments, optimizing processes and minimizing the Churn rate.
- Promoting a consultative sales model, helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their business.
- Analyzing portfolio data, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to create effective campaigns, initiatives, and materials.
- Monitoring weekly and monthly KPIs, ensuring accurate forecasting.
Qualifications
We are looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in sales / customer expansion roles (upselling, inside sales, account management).
- Ability to lead teams and improve performance through coaching, processes, and analysis.
- Experience in SaaS, digital, or tech environments.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, metrics, and CRM (Hubspot / Salesforce).
- Professional knowledge of English language.
Nice to Have
- 1–2 years of experience managing goal-oriented teams focused on business objectives.
- Experience selling marketing products (e.g., Google Ads).
- Interest in the healthcare sector.
