What you will do in this role:
- Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies for generating, nurturing, and converting leads throughout the sales funnel;
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns, including one-shots and automated nurturing flows with lead scoring;
- Manage campaigns through various channels such as WhatsApp, banners, pop-ups, and specific actions for event leads;
- Create and review high-performance content, with a focus on persuasive copywriting and conversions;
- Analyze funnel metrics, optimize conversion rates, and identify areas for improvement at all stages of the customer journey;
- Use tools such as HubSpot for marketing automation, ensuring process efficiency and organization;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
Qualificações
What makes you a strong fit:
- Fluent Spanish, Portuguese and conversational English given the interaction with international stakeholders and content generation.
- Advanced experience with HubSpot (mandatory);
- In-depth knowledge of email marketing, including Automation, Segmentation, and Result analysis;
- Experience conducting Sales Funnel Analysis and conversion rate optimization;
- A Data-driven profile, with strong analytical skills and a focus on results;
- A track record in Content Production and Copywriting for conversion;
- Autonomy, adaptability, and ability to manage your time without leaving curiosity or your creativity aside.
