Job Description
As a Junior Business Analyst in our Customer Care department, you’ll play a key role in helping us improve customer experiences through data-driven insights. You’ll support the team by analyzing trends in customer feedback, identifying operational gaps, and assisting in the development of new support strategies. A significant part of your role will involve working closely with local Customer Care teams across different countries, helping to ensure a consistent and high-quality support experience for all our customers—no matter where they are located. You’ll contribute to building a standardized global structure that aligns with our commitment to excellence and efficiency in customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within a collaborative, international environment.
How will you make an impact?
- Collect, clean and analyze data from the local teams to identify trends and recurring issues and their impact on KPIs
- Develop reports and dashboards to track teams performance and KPIs
- Collaborate with the local Customer Care teams to recommend improvements in processes
- Support the implementation of new tools and procedures
- Help prepare insights for internal stakeholders
- Provide detailed analyses to support the development of data-driven solutions
Qualifications
What will help you thrive?
- Have experience in analytics, project management, operations, or other areas related to business development.
- Enjoy working with data, identifying trends and creating insightful reports.
- Be comfortable using Excel and eager to improve your skills.
- Have worked with CRMs and experience with SQL, Python, or R would be a plus!
- Be fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Be naturally curious and proactive.
- Learn new tools and skills quickly and independently.
- Tackle problems with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Location: we offer a hybrid work model based in Barcelona.
