As a Growth Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects within our organization, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed our project goals and expectations. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop project plans, monitor progress, and communicate updates and feedback to all involved parties.

Your first assignment will be our Payments Project, one of our strategic areas of development, where we want to roll out and develop our payments products to our existing and new customers. We expect this project to take several months. After moving the project outcomes to business-as-usual stage, you would become responsible for other growth projects, which may or may not be connected to payments, but they will certainly be significantly contributing to business growth.

Job Description

As a Growth Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing Payments Project in Poland from all business perspectives: marketing, pricing, sales, onboarding, farming, churn prevention, tech/product processes and reporting. You will work super closely units responsible for execution in those areas,

  • alue proposition, the target group and packaging of the product,

  • Identifying, implementing and continuously improving ways to successfully sell and deliver value to our customers: individual doctors, clinics and soon also patients,

  • Managing payments solutions in our two business pillars - ZnanyLekarz.pl, marketplace and MyDr EDM, a practice management software,

  • Analysing key numbers to identify ways to improve our results,

  • Staying in touch with our customers directly and through the sales team to understand key aspects important to them,

  • Taking responsibility for all payment-related processes in Poland and our payments budgets,

  • Working with other Docplanner teams in countries like Brasil, Mexico, Italy, Spain and our global teams to share best practices and learn.

Hybrid work, role based in Warsaw.

Qualifications

  • 4 or more years of project management experience, with a focus on managing business projects,
  • working in payments solutions in B2B, B2B2C or B2C environments, ideally in sales and/or marketing roles would be a plus
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills,
  • Advanced Excel skills,
  • Fluency in both Polish and English,
  • Growth mindset: nobody ticks all those boxes above, but willingness to learn is strongly valued here.
