We're looking for exceptional people to help us grow. As a Project Manager in our Enterprise unit, you'll lead strategic initiatives for the clinic segment, driving continuous improvement in Italy and ensuring operational excellence for Sales and CS teams. “Ready to make an impact?"
Job Description
What you will do:
- Lead Enterprise projects in Italy, ensuring team adherence to global standards and processes, while collaborating with Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to achieve project goals.
- Understand the business in granular detail by listening to various business stakeholders and clinics, and then use this information to lead initiatives in the country
- Engage with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives, serving as the main contact for communications, updates, and queries, while keeping playbooks updated and information accessible.
- Teaming with the Project Managers in other countries, sharing and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
What you bring:
- 4+ years of experience in leading operations projects with different stakeholders (Sales, CS and Marketing preferred)
- Are excellent in analyzing and synthesizing data to provide actionable recommendations, and hands-on in implementing them
- Have experience in a fast paced, constantly changing environment, and have organizational skills to bring structure.
- Have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) including strong reporting and presentation skills.
- You are tech-savvy and fluent in English (verbal and written)
