We are looking for an Integration Engineer who wants to work in an informal company where s/he can learn, contribute to product evolution and possibly have fun! This position will allow you to work on different integration projects, both for our CRM and Marketplace products.

Our HQ is in Barcelona, but you can work fully remotely from anywhere in Spain! Plus, for the adventurers out there, you can spend up to 3 months working from other countries. 🌍✨

Meet the team
You’ll join our Integration Department, specifically the Spanish team. The department is currently made up of 10 skilled and friendly developers. The Spanish team consists of 3 people (we’re hiring a fourth!) with a history of friendship that predates their professional collaboration. With them, you’ll quickly feel part of the team.

Job Description

Here’s what your days might look like:

• Building and maintaining integrations between our products and third-party software (e.g., HIS and EHR systems).

• Designing, implementing, and supporting tools for developing, testing, and monitoring data exchanges.

• Handling integration-related tickets (20-25%) as part of second-level support, focusing on technical issues (not customer support).

• Becoming the go-to expert for our Marketplace integration projects.

• Collaborating closely with Project Managers (PMs) and clients, including frequent calls to gather integration requirements and support customers during implementation.

This isn’t your standard developer role with 100% coding. It offers a lot of variety, combining technical work with meaningful interactions with internal and external stakeholders. If you enjoy mixing hands-on development with teamwork and problem-solving, you’ll love it here. However, if speaking with others isn’t your thing, this role might not be the best fit.

Qualifications

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a Grado Superior in Software Development or a related IT field (university degrees are a plus)
• Have experience with personal projects (we’d love to hear about them during the interview!).
• Are proficient in OOP languages and relational databases (SQL is definitely your jam).
• Have a working knowledge of PHP (nice to have, but not a dealbreaker).
• Understand data exchange concepts like APIs, web services, design patterns, and message queues.
• Speak fluent Spanish and English.
• Feel at home in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Bonus Points if you’ve already worked on integration projects or have experience in the healthcare space.
