Job Description
We are looking for a Global Sales Operations Analyst to join our Global Sales team in a hybrid role combining data-driven analysis and hands-on business operations. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing global sales processes and driving impactful projects across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Actionable Insights: Lead research projects, run experiments, and analyze CRM data to uncover opportunities for sales process improvements and better decision-making.
Optimize Sales Rep Productivity: Drive product and CRM automations, streamline sales operations, and redefine routines to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Enable Global Sales Teams: Create and deliver training programs and enablement tools to help sales teams sell more effectively and efficiently across all markets.
Analyze and Improve Sales Execution: Shadow sales representatives to identify gaps in pitch strategies and execution, providing insights for continuous improvement. Including defining cadences and communication touchpoints by channel.
Leverage Data Expertise: Query and manage data using tools like Tableau and SQL to provide dashboards, reports, and insights for informed decision-making.
Scale Local Successes Globally: Identify successful initiatives and experiments in one market and adapt them into scalable, global projects.
Collaborate with Market Stakeholders: Engage with in-market teams to align on project goals, ensure progress, and incorporate local feedback into global strategies.
Lead Project Management Efforts: Take ownership of key projects, ensuring timelines, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and delivering results.
Continuously improve the sales operations flow: Drive continuous improvement of global sales operations processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
What makes you a great fit?
3-5 years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to sales operations or a similar business-oriented role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and optimize complex processes.
Business-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to operations and process improvements.
Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects involving international stakeholders.
Proficiency in SQL to extract and analyze business insights, particularly in the sales domain. Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with Salesforce or similar outreach platforms.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and geographies.
Proactive and project-driven: Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, international environments.
Fluent in English (additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, etc. are a plus).
Ideally, a STEM or business educational background.
Desirable: Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools, with the ability to create/edit dashboards.
Bonus: Experience in sales roles (e.g., sales representative, sales excellence/enablement teams).
Familiarity with working in a high-paced scale-up environment or in consulting is a plus.
This role is remote first but is ideally based in Spain, Barcelona.
