We also run a service that allows 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor, and we currently have 19 million bookings per month coming online or through our software.
Our global team of 2,700 across offices in Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico City, Bogotá, Curitiba, Rio, and Munich and Berlin make this happen. <3
We're funded by some leading VCs - Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine and Target Global - and so far we have raised over €450m. Currently, we're on around €180m ARR (60% yoy growth) and are going to reach profitability in the first half of 2024!
Job Description
Role Overview
As a Sales Manager with our vibrant Spanish team and reporting to the Head of Sales you will carry out a multifaceted leadership role that entails managing a robust sales force consisting of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders. Your core mission is to develop and execute a robust sales strategy that scales our presence within the clinics healthcare market, managing the entire the sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure, and elevates the team´s performance through effective coaching and process optimization.
You are expected to lead by example leveraging your experience in high-growth SaaS or marketplace environments to recruit top-tier talent, maintain precise CRM practices, and foster a high-achievement culture, while delivering high-quality work yourself. Your strategical mindset will be crucial for you to establish and execute a unified GTM approach for the clinics sector, pushing our business to new levels of success.
How will you impact our mission:
Team Management and Leadership
Manage the sales team, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, aligned with the company's objectives and lead them to deliver the expected results.
Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent, creating a robust team capable of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Implement structured coaching programs and training initiatives to develop sales skills and methodologies across the team.
Monitor team activity levels to ensure a healthy pipeline and a steady flow of sales opportunities, employing routines and goal-setting to maintain momentum.
Strategic Sales Execution
Oversee and be on the details of day-to-day sales operations, actively participating in a culture of success and achievement within the team.
Set clear KPIs and assess performance; initiate and track improvement strategies.
Ensure smooth and efficient sales processes and CRM management, maintaining a strong commitment to CRM discipline and process optimization.
Business Development
Embrace our growth mindset, seeking new opportunities to enhance sales techniques, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.
Collect, analyze, and communicate sales KPIs to the broader organization to map success and areas requiring attention.
Analyze local sales processes, highlighting differences and best practices to evolve scalable and effective solutions.
Act as a point of contact with other revenue functions to drive strategic decision-making and ensure sales strategies are integrated into the broader company goals.
Contribute to workforce planning to meet local sales priorities and business needs.
Qualifications
Professional Experience and Expertise
7+ years of experience in Sales leadership in high-growth SaaS/Marketplace with SMB market focus.
Proven experience to successfully scale a sales team in numbers and performance.
Competence in using OKRs to drive focus on results for both individual and team objectives.
Established background in engaging directly in hiring processes as a key decision-maker and effectively managing onboarding and terminations.
Strategic and Analytical Skills
Strong analytical thinking; you base your decisions on numbers, you build your own rationales.
A doer: you are hands-on and in the details. You do not hesitate to jump into a demo or dig super deep in CRM when needed.
Processes & CRM - you are obsessed about it, what is not on the CRM does not exist, wrong processes do not scale.
A builder with strategic thinking - you can prove you can also focus on the mid-long term, so you are proactively identifying opportunities to grow the business line further.
Leadership and Soft Skills
Inspirational leadership qualities with the capacity to drive behavior and instill a passionate approach to sales goals within the team.
Hiring & onboarding - you have actively been involved in hiring as final decision maker. You know how to recruit successful reps and build a structured plan to help them thrive. You have also proven track record of knowing and owning letting people go if needed.
Coaching - you are able to develop & train the team in a structured way. You master sales methodologies and a structured approach to scale them to the team, and measure progression.
Activity - creating pipeline is a core function of the team. You are able to set goals and routines to make it happen.
The ability to inspire trust and create a fun, enjoyable work environment, while being committed to the overarching mission.
