Job Description

The Product Experts team is part of the global Product Team. We are the bridge between the local operations and product teams.


  • Represent and understand the needs of the operation from BR, CL and PE and report it to the product teams
  • Be the reference and support for CL and BR operation when it comes to product knowledge and product needs. Learn the product constanlty.
  • Collect, validate and escalate feedbacks about the product
  • Provide product trainings
  • Create content about product features, articles, presentations, courses and quizzes
  • Keep the operation informed about new features and updates
  • Maintain a close relationship with local stakeholders to make sure product matters are aligned
  • Collaborate with the support team to report and follow up bugs
  • Constantly test and propose improvements for features and updates, taking into account the possible impacts to the operation and to customers
  • Manage and develop new projects related to our product whenever needed

  • Planning and organization - We deal with an insane amount of things at the same time, being able to be organized and prioritize tasks is essential to get things done properly and on time.
  • Communication- We are in constant contact with the operation, making trainings, communicating updates and new features. Besides we have to escalate local needs for the product teams. If we don't have assertive communication the message will not be delivered and the knowledge and improvements might be harmed.
  • Team work - New projects are common, between teams, countries, inside our team. Adaptability and team work, exchange information and collaborate with all stakeholders is a daily challenge.
  • Fluent English - We use english on 80% of our time, speaking, understanding, interpretation, reading and writing it's indispensable.
  • Analytical profile - Besides testing skills, we also need to think about the behavior of each feature in different scenarios, what are the impacts to internal and external customers.
  • Strategic thinking - Focus on the analysis of critical factors and variables that will influence the long-term success of our product.
  • Proactivity - Be a Product Expert means to have a lot of autonomy, but with great autonomy comes great responsibility. Do more than expected, identify what needs to be done and act accordingly.
  • Product Knowledge - Our product is full of features and details, having an advanced product knowledge helps a lot with the PEs job. Of course you will have the chance to deepen your knowledge, but having a good base is an excellent start.
  • High environmental understanding - Ability to understand and respond to the environmental factors that affect our operations and services regarding our products, such as country regulations, market trends, new technologies and cultural factors.
  • High level of adaptability - Everything changes very quickly. Ability to quickly and effectively respond to changes while maintaining our core team objectives
