The Product Expert will be responsible for driving business growth, helping the Product Team at building innovative solutions that meet customers and business needs. She/he will be required to review/test new features, to check the quality of the product and the features’ effectiveness, to suggest improvements collected from internal surveys and clients’ interactions, also it will be required to deliver specific training to the operational teams.

The Product Expert will act as a Product partner, being involved with operational teams & strategical aspects of the go-to-market Products in the country.

Job Description

  • Manage product knowledge from both a technical and a business perspective, establishing a transparent and continuous communication with CS and SALES and representing the voice of the customer within our organization in terms of product

  • Translate customer needs into technical requirements and share them with the Product Team with proper prioritization

  • Plan and implement product training & coach operational teams on the go-to-market of new features & products

  • Perform in-depth market analysis (trends, competition, etc) and identify customer requirements, value proposition, and unlocking new opportunities for Docplanner

  • Acting as interface between global markets and internal functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Country Manager

  • Help the country to diagnose issues and resolve escalated bugs using established processes keeping a low % of lack of knowledge reports

  • Training CS/Sales/Marketing

  • Align product vision with key-stakeholders

  • Share value proposition & benefits of the product/features within the organization

  • Following all channels about the product to stay up-to-date

  • Help PMs enabling new features and products in the country

  • Testing new features before they are deployed to customers

  • Cooperate with POs and devs to make researches about features

  • Collect feedback about product and scale it to product teams

  • Investigate about country needs in terms of product features

  • Elaborate product benchmark analysis of the competitors

  • Help CS/Sales/Marketing with strategies for product adoption & go-to-market of new features

  • Manage doctors app opiniones on Apple/Playstores

  • Analyze product usage data

  • Translate and uploading new Product knowledge content
