Docplanner is a SaaS tool for doctors and clinics used to optimize their patient flow, reduce no-shows, and digitize their practices in order to be able to spend more time with the patient. We also operate marketplace websites in 13 countries which serve 62 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment. Only last month 5 mln medical visits were booked via our websites. That makes us the world's leading marketplace connecting doctors and patients. Job Description

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Define and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive adoption of our AI Assistant among healthcare providers and organizations.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and relevant technology providers.
  • Lead Sales and Marketing Efforts: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads, secure new clients, and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and refine our product offerings.
  • Build and Manage Client Relationships: Establish strong rapport with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Represent the Company: Serve as a brand ambassador, attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our AI Assistant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including direct Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to align partnership strategies with company goals, customer/prospect need and ensure successful execution
  • Oversee and lead the comprehensive business development journey for the AI assistant with partners: from preliminary discussions, stakeholder engagement, contract drafting, through to piloting and conclusive success metrics

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative business strategies.
  • Relationship Building Expertise: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Passion for Healthcare: A genuine interest in improving healthcare delivery and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
  • You are fluent in German (minimum requirement C2-level) and English (minimum requirement C1-level)

  • Technical Background: Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies or experience working with software products.
