Position Objective

The analyst will be responsible for giving support making data analisis, carrying out data quality, and data check procedures. Collaborate in the review, cleaning and correction of the Doctoralia databases and support with the maintenance of consistency and integrity of the information.

• Review and correct databases

• Automatic and manual web scraping support

• Database Cleaning

• Data extraction, analysis and presentation (visualization).

• CRM review and support (Salesforce/Hubspot

• Active participation in projects that make the use of contacts more efficient (hubspot)

• Participate in analysis and improvement projects that allow the correct use, extraction and analysis of information contained in our databases

• Improve processes and increase efficiency of operations by recommending necessary changes

Requisitos

• With 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position (data analyst, bi analyst)
• Database management with Excel / Sheets (macros included)
• Experience in Database Migration, Cleaning, Formatting and Automation.
• Fluent level of Advanced English (Global position that communicates with other countries) (English evaluation)
• Demonstrable experience in the use and knowledge of various Database formats (SQL)
• Experience with BI platforms: Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI, etc.
• Necessary CRM management (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience in dealing with clients. We are looking for an excellent communicator - verbal and written (Different areas will need your support).
