What We’re Looking For
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the center of our user acquisition and funnel optimization strategy. You’ll craft campaigns that educate and convert, test relentlessly across channels, and ensure we’re delivering measurable impact. This is a high-visibility role with a direct line to leadership and product.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Growth Funnel:
Lead strategy and execution for acquiring, activating, and retaining users—across self-serve and product-led sales (PLS) motions.
- Run Lifecycle Marketing:
Manage and optimize email marketing flows, growing the addressable base while experimenting with both AI-native and SEO-driven promotions
- Develop Full-Funnel Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns:
Build data-driven lifecycle journeys that include onboarding, upsell, and win-back flows using email, in-product messaging, and retargeting.
- Optimize User Onboarding:
Collaborate with product and design to reduce friction, improve time-to-value, and increase free-to-paid conversion.
- A/B Test Everything:
Hypothesize, experiment, and scale what works—testing creative, copy, landing pages, CTAs, and more.
- Report and Iterate:
Own dashboards, campaign performance metrics, and attribution models. Share actionable insights with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Fuel Product Growth with Insights:
Feed user behavior and market trends back to product and engineering to help shape roadmap priorities.
What You Bring To The Table
- 6+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing roles at a high-growth tech or AI/ads company
- Hands-on experience with B2B and/or product-led growth (PLG) motion
- Expert-level knowledge of lifecycle marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience launching or marketing AI, SaaS, or advertising technology products
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, CAC/LTV, and growth funnels
- A testing mindset with an ability to scale what works and pivot fast when needed
- Exceptional writing, campaign strategy, and project management skills
Bonus Points For
- Experience with generative AI tools or marketing LLMs
- Previous work in ad tech, martech, or media platforms
- Familiarity with SQL or Looker for self-serve data insights
- Building growth loops or referral systems in a PLG environment
