What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Representative to join our team! This role goes beyond traditional support—you will guide clients through inquiries, troubleshoot issues, proactively ensure their success, and contribute to business growth by identifying upsell opportunities and product improvements. What You’ll Do:

Customer Support & Success
  • Respond to clients’ emails and messages with professionalism, care, and a focus on creating positive experiences.
  • Handle client inquiries efficiently and empathetically, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Leverage the chat platform to deliver seamless and effective customer support.
  • Provide proactive guidance, best practices, and counseling to help clients maximize value from our platform.
  • Analyze and resolve client requests in a timely and professional manner, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Verify and follow up on reported issues to confirm they are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records during client interactions to ensure smooth follow-ups and insights.


Sales & Business Growth

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights on customer usage, feedback, and potential expansion opportunities.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new clients, ensuring a smooth adoption process and early success with the platform.
  • Partnered with marketing and sales teams to develop case studies and customer testimonials.
Technical & Product Expertise
  • Develop deep expertise in our platform and tools, enabling you to troubleshoot and provide advanced support.
  • Conduct product demos and walkthroughs for clients, showcasing key features and new enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, helping to improve the platform.
  • Assist customers in integrating Creatopy into their existing workflows, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and ad tech solutions to better assist clients.


Who You Are:

  • You are customer-centric and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, explaining complex technical concepts in a simple and relatable way.
  • You have excellent English language skills, and fluency in Korean or Japanese is a strong advantage.
  • You are a problem solver, identifying root causes and working proactively to address challenges.
  • You have a technical aptitude that allows you to grasp and explain software functionalities with ease.
  • You are detail-oriented and maintain high accuracy in every client interaction.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt easily to new challenges.
  • You are proficient in using Windows OS, Mac OS, and essential productivity tools like Adobe Acrobat and MS Office.
  • Experience in customer success, pre-sales, or sales engineering is a big plus.
