The Challenge Ahead

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager who will lead that function from the outside-in: designing adoption and expansion programs, building lifecycle campaigns, running education (for prospects and customers), and creating repeatable growth plays that keep CloudTalk customers engaged and growing.

You will build and run the programs that drive:

  • Prospect education (so people understand CloudTalk’s value before buying)
  • Activation and adoption (so customers get value fast)
  • Retention and habit-building (so CloudTalk becomes essential)
  • Expansion (so customers grow into add-ons and higher plans)

This is a hands-on, campaign-heavy PMM role. You’ll create and ship content, journeys, webinars, and influencer/creator collaborations that turn product capabilities into growth loops.

You’ll work alongside our Lead PMM and Internal/Enablement PMM (who focuses on internal launch readiness, competitive intelligence and enablement). The role is designed to grow over time into deeper end-to-end ownership of lifecycle and customer growth.

What You’ll Own

1) Lifecycle marketing & adoption engine

  • Own CloudTalk’s lifecycle programs across onboarding → adoption → retention, in close collaboration with Lead PMM and Product.
  • Build multi-touch lifecycle journeys (email, in-app, webinars, voice agent calls, self-serve education).
  • Identify “wow moments” and turn them into repeatable activation/education loops.
  • Own execution and evolution of lifecycle plays, including prioritization and measurement.

2) Expansion & monetization campaigns

  • Run campaigns to drive adoption and expansion into AI add-ons and higher plans (e.g., Dialer, Conversation Intelligence, Voice Agents).
  • Create upsell narratives and role/segment-based expansion plays.
  • Partner with Product, Ops and Expansion team stakeholders to turn expansion insights into scalable campaigns.

3) Prospect education & full-funnel product-led content

  • Own product-led education for prospects: use cases, evaluation guides, “CloudTalk way” frameworks, and learning assets tied to launches.
  • Build campaigns that move prospects from curiosity → understanding → intent.
  • Partner with Content and Paid on distribution while owning the product story and education arcs.

4) Customer webinars & scalable education programs

  • Own CloudTalk’s customer education engine: webinar strategy, topics, agenda, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Run live sessions and build replayable/evergreen versions.
  • Turn webinars into lifecycle drivers (activation, adoption, expansion).

5) Influencer / creator collaborations (product-anchored)

  • Collaborate with industry creators/influencers to produce product-led content and launch campaigns, supported by lead PMM.
  • Turn influencer activity into measurable education and pipeline/adoption lift.
  • Build and refine a creator-led distribution playbook.

What you’ll do day-to-day

  • Talk to customers and prospects, listen to calls to uncover repeatable value patterns.
  • Ideate and test lifecycle programs
  • Produce and ship campaign assets (emails, landing pages, in-app copy, scripts, webinar decks, nurture flows).
  • Coordinate timelines and feedback loops with Product, Content, and Enablement PMM.
  • Track outcomes and continuously refine what works.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Must-haves

  • 2-3+ years in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Marketing, or B2B SaaS campaigns.
  • Experience owning or co-owning campaigns end-to-end.
  • Excellent storytelling and copy skills with product curiosity.
  • Strong execution muscle: organized, proactive, and focused on shipping.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving product org.
  • Data-informed mindset: you can define KPIs, learn from results, and iterate.

Nice-to-haves

  • PLG/self-serve SaaS experience.
  • Webinar/customer education program ownership.
  • Influencer/creator or community-led growth experience.
  • Telephony / CCaaS / VoIP / AI product background.
