A challenge ahead:

CloudTalk’s Finance Team is growing, and we’re looking for an FP&A Analyst to support the company’s financial planning and decision-making in this evolving AI landscape.

As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll contribute to financial planning and business partnering, helping to guide the company’s growth. Here’s what the role offers:

• Influence Strategic Decisions – Support financial planning and analysis to provide insights that shape business decisions.
• Work with Senior Leadership – Collaborate across departments, partnering with C-level executives and senior leaders to help the company meet its financial goals.

Join our Finance Team and play a key role in supporting CloudTalk’s continued growth.

What you’ll work on:

• Develop and execute financial planning and analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to contribute to creation and management of annual budgets as well as quarterly forecasting initiatives.
• Participate on monthly reporting (e.g. responsibility over monthly Cash-flow reporting).
• Actively participate in significant projects to ensure strict adherence to local regulatory requirements in accounting, taxation, and legal aspects, ensuring precision and compliance in accounting and financial reporting.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction operational efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, process large volume of data, provide insights, and support decision-making.
• Communication with stakeholders – accounting advisors, tax advisors, legal counsels, investors, etc.

What we are looking for:

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent business partnering skills, able to collaborate effectively with department heads and other stakeholders.
• Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and problem-solving personality.
• Able to lead projects, drive initiatives with a results-oriented mindset.
• Someone who will challenge status quo and is eager to continuously help improving our reporting and planning processes.
• 4+ year of work experience on similar position required.
• Advanced practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
