What you will work on:

  • Develop and implement the collection process from inception, ensuring effective ongoing maintenance
  • Collect overdue payments from customers by issuing timely notifications
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to their overdue payments
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on receivables to provide critical insights
  • Continuously refine collection methods to consistently meet or exceed company financial objectives
  • Collaborate daily with the Accounts Receivable Specialist and the broader Finance team
  • Coordinate closely and communicate with other departments, primarily Customer Support and the Customer Success team
  • Ensure daily operations are conducted efficiently and punctually

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and resolving issues independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial processes and reporting.
  • Willingness to challenge existing practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
  • Native or fluent Slovak or Czech
  • Fluent English
