About the role:
The Sales Development Representative will play a key part in our global Business Development team spread across Europe and Latam. The primary focus of this role is connecting with mid-market clients in the UK and CEE and showcasing our cutting-edge cloud communications solution. With a strong emphasis on outbound sales, you'll have the freedom to build your own pipeline and unleash your sales prowess.

What you will work on:

  • Conduct market research to gather key lead information and identify new contacts
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns (outbound calling, emails, social selling) to raise curiosity and interest, and hunt for new business opportunities
  • Deliver the CloudTalk value proposition
  • Book demo meetings for the Account Executives following a successful qualification call
  • Capture and manage lead information in our HubSpot CRM system

You’ll make a great fit if you…

  • You have previous experience in B2B outbound sales (ideally in the IT/SaaS industry)
  • You’re a self-starter and eager to roll up the sleeves and reach out to prospects
  • You are comfortable to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • You’ve got a successful track record that demonstrates your ability to consistently achieve your sales quota
  • You have strong research and communication skills to identify and engage with leads
  • You are business-fluent in English, another CEE language is a plus
