Join us as a Sales Development Representative in our fast-paced startup environment! Work alongside a team of 30 passionate sales professionals, connecting with clients in Spain and showcasing our cutting-edge cloud communications solution. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth engine as the first person to interact with our Inbound prospects through our chat. You'll need to make an amazing first impression and be able to build valuable relationships with potential customers by assessing their needs and fit with our solution.
What will you do:
- Work alongside sales and marketing to convert inbound leads through our online chat
- Lead top-class consultative sales process that will help prospects solve their problems with our solution
- Educate potential customers on the value of CloudTalk’s solution
- Set appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
- Capture and manage lead information in our HubSpot CRM system
You will be a great fit if...
- You are business-fluent in English and Spanish. Any other European language (German, Portuguese, French, etc) is a plus.
- You have a strong motivation to work in sales
- You are a self-starter with an eagerness to reach out to potential clients and reach SLAs
- You are able to understand customer needs and meet those with a successful product sale
- You demonstrate active listening and empathy when speaking with customers
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
