Join us as a Senior Account Executive in our fast-paced startup environment! Work alongside a team of 30 passionate sales professionals, connecting with mid-market clients in DACH and the Nordics and showcasing our cutting-edge cloud communications solution. With a strong emphasis on outbound sales and a positive attitude toward hunting your own leads, you'll have the freedom to build your own pipeline and unleash your sales prowess.

What you'll work on:

  • Run the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through events, networking, and social media
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, strategies, and priorities, which will help you build strong and long-term client relationships
  • Drive Mid-Market sales in DACH and Nordics
  • Work together, share and collaborate with SDRs, other AEs, CSMs, Rev Ops, tech consultants, etc. and make sales fun :)


You’ll be a great fit if…

  • You have a proven track record of successful sales and business development in B2B SaaS or Software industry
  • You have experience with mid-market deals (ACV €20k - €50k)
  • You have experience with outbound sales and a positive attitude toward hunting own leads
  • You are enthusiastic and passionate, willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure deals
  • You have excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to ask the right questions
  • You are a self-starter, eager to bring ideas in
  • You are fluent in German and English

Bonus points if…
  • You have experience targeting similar buyer personas (support/sales teams)
  • You have experience working in a startup environment
