Summary:
Background
Clioʼs suite of products is rapidly expanding, and the needs of our users are diverse and constantly evolving. The most recent evolution is the formation of Clioʼs Enterprise division which currently comprises Clio Operate (previously known as ShareDo) and vLex Vincent. We strongly believe that this consolidated set of products represents a category defining client proposition that can act as an enabler for “untethered growth” for our legal clients.
In order to achieve this vision we are building out our Product Management function and are looking for a Director, Product Management to lead the development and evolution of the platform together with being a key customer evangelist as we xpand into North America
This role will be performed from our NYC office in a hybrid setting twice per week.

What You’ll Work On
Strategic Product Leadership
● Vision & Strategy: Craft and communicate a strategic vision
that aligns with company goals, influencing the multiple
product roadmaps to drive meaningful outcomes.
● Positioning: Leverage deep product knowledge and market
insights to anticipate shifts in customer needs, staying ahead
of competitors and creating distinctive solutions.
● Balancing Priorities: Recognized as a key decision-maker on
cross-functional projects, managing complex trade-offs to
prioritize high-impact initiatives that align with business
objectives.
● Product Culture: Develop frameworks that empower your
team to make data-informed product decisions and ensure a
consistent, high-quality user experience.
● Depth & Breadth: you will need to understand our customer
needs and then think deeply on how best to solve these
issues.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management
● Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
● Use data and customer insights to track key metrics and
performance indicators, identifying opportunities for product
optimization and continuous improvement.
● Guide the Production of end user, configurator and developer
centric materials to assist our partners, clients and the general Clio
Enterprise community in better utilizing our platform
● Work alongside Prospectʼs to build their confidence and inform their
buying decisions
● Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers to
understand and translate their business needs into product
roadmap
● Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, including other
Clio product teams, to gather insights, feedback, and requirements
that inform product development and improvements.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams,
ensuring alignment across departments and effective
communication of product goals and milestones.
Your Experience
● Over 9 years of experience in product management roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of managing and
enhancing complex software products or platforms.
● Experience designing & building technical products for volume usage
● AI is at the heart of your core work processes and the work processes you design for you customers
● Strong business and metrics focus.
● Experience conducting user research, gathering feedback, and using data to inform product decisions that enhance the user
experience.
● Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across product, engineering, design,
marketing, and sales teams.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and drive product initiatives forward.

● Prior founder and entrepreneurial experience
● Legal experience

In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.
*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
