Drive process improvements across payroll operations by strengthening controls, documentation, standardization, and audit readiness.
Support payroll transformations, including vendor transitions, system implementations, testing, go-live support, and post-launch stabilization.
Lead, coach, and develop the Payroll team while helping build scalable processes for a growing global organization.
What you may have:
7+ years of payroll experience, including strong hands-on experience supporting multi-country payroll across EMEA and/or APAC.
2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and developing team members.
Strong knowledge of payroll operations, reconciliations, controls, compliance, and audit-ready documentation.
Experience working with a mix of payroll delivery models, including outsourced vendors, EOR payroll, in-house payroll, and contractor payroll.
Familiarity with payroll and HRIS platforms such as CloudPay, Remote, Workday, or similar systems.
Experience supporting payroll transformations, vendor changes, process improvements, or major operational change.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
