About the team:
The Clio Channel Team expands Clio’s global reach through a growing ecosystem of trusted partners. The team works with consulting, services, and referral partners who help law firms adopt the Clio platform and extend its value through implementation, consulting, and support.
Through partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement, the team equips partners with the knowledge and resources needed to successfully implement and support Clio for law firms. By collaborating with teams across product, enablement, sales, and customer success, the Channel Team helps ensure partners deliver strong customer outcomes.
As Clio continues to grow internationally, the team is focused on strengthening partner capability and scaling the impact of our ecosystem across regions including EMEA and APAC.

Clio is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to manage our partner training program and certification in EMEA and APAC. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the success of Clio’s partner enablement and overall business growth.
Impact You'll Drive:
Build technical expertise across Clio’s partner ecosystem in EMEA and APAC
Strengthen partner implementation quality and increase certification adoption
Scale partner enablement programs as Clio expands internationally
What you’ll work on:
Design and deliver partner training that builds expertise on the Clio platform, including implementation best practices and solution workflows.
Maintain and evolve enablement materials to ensure partners stay current with product updates, feature releases, and platform enhancements.
Manage and expand the Clio Certified Consultant program, including certification requirements, learning pathways, and ongoing partner accreditation.
Collaborate with product, enablement, and customer teams to prepare partners for new product launches, pilots, and feature releases.
Serve as a key liaison between Clio Certified Consultants and internal teams to support successful partner led implementations.
Act as an escalation point for partner implementation challenges and identify opportunities to improve partner readiness and delivery standards.
Support onboarding of new services partners and help partners build scalable consulting practices around Clio.
Partner with regional channel leaders to conduct QBRs with key partners, track enablement adoption, and identify opportunities to strengthen partner capability across EMEA and APAC.
What you have:
Experience working with services partners, consultants, or implementation partners in a B2B SaaS or legal technology environment.
Experience designing or delivering partner training, certification, or enablement programs focused on product or technical capability.
Ability to translate complex product functionality into clear training, documentation, and enablement resources.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across product, enablement, and customer facing teams.
Experience working within a partner ecosystem that includes services partners, resellers, MSPs, or consulting partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and improve partner readiness.
Curiosity and aptitude for learning technical products and helping partners apply them in real customer environments.

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
