We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator, APAC, based in Sydney, Australia, to accelerate Clio’s growth across the region. This role is perfect for a motivated marketer eager to turn data, insights, and local activity into high-impact campaigns for lawyers and legal professionals.
You’ll join a Sydney-based team that values excellence, initiative, and results, supported by best-in-class technology and a collaborative global marketing organisation spanning Ireland, Canada, and the U.S.

You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams—from Sales to Marketing and Customer Success—to deliver programs that build relationships and drive results.

Role Summary
Drive Regional Execution: Coordinate and execute field and digital marketing activities—including trade shows, webinars, partner activations, and regional campaigns—with a strong demand-generation focus.
Enable Growth Through Insights: Use data and local market knowledge to shape campaign strategy, refine messaging, and optimise performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to align goals, share insights, and successfully deliver multi-channel projects across APAC.
Support Localisation & Storytelling: Contribute to customer stories, case studies, and tailored content that highlight the impact of Clio’s solutions across different APAC markets.
Adapt and Execute: Step into new opportunities and challenges as they arise—balancing global guidance with local execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you may have
1–3 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns within APAC or multi-market environments.
A degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
Hands-on experience coordinating marketing campaigns, webinars, or events.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with confidence using data to optimise performance.
Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to tailor messaging for regional audiences.
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, or digital advertising platforms—or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Proven project management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
