Summary:
We are currently seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our rapidly growing IT Systems team. This role is for someone who is passionate about crafting best in class IAM experiences and Identity Governance frameworks. This role is hybrid, based out of our Vancouver or Toronto office. You will be expected to be in office minimum two days per week for our Anchor Days.

A day in the life might look like:
Daily administration and continual improvement of Okta systems.
Review, approve, and deploy changes to Okta infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps.
Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and SCIM for new application deployments.
Lead the implementation of Okta Identity Governance.
Build custom SCIM-like solutions using platform APIs, Okta Workflows, and Workato.
Act as a point of escalation for the IT Services team to support their daily operations within Okta.
Develop an automated system for user access reviews to satisfy industry compliance requirements.
What you may have:
Experience deploying Okta Identity Governance across a large organization.
Familiarity with a programming language such as Ruby, Python, or Go.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
