We are currently seeking a Manager, Channel Partnerships to join our Channel Partnerships team in Toronto.

The Channel Partnerships team extends Clio’s reach and impact through a growing ecosystem of strategic partners who help us scale, deliver exceptional value to customers, and accelerate the adoption of legal technology worldwide. We identify, onboard, and enable a diverse network of partners, empowering them with the resources, training, and tools to thrive.

You are a collaborative and results oriented leader with a passion for building strong partner ecosystems. You have experience coaching high performing teams and a proven ability to create alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners.
You thrive in fast paced, evolving environments where strategy and execution intersect. You bring curiosity, structure, and creativity to every challenge, balancing short-term performance with long term growth. You believe in partnerships that go beyond transactions to build meaningful, scalable impact.
What you’ll work on:
You’ll lead Clio’s Channel Partner function across North America, driving partner performance and growth by:
Coaching and mentoring a high performing Partner team to achieve individual and collective success
Leading cross-functional initiatives that align Sales, Marketing, and Operations around partner growth strategies
Executing both strategic and tactical channel programs that drive MRR, partner engagement, and pipeline acceleration
Managing team performance, growth, and quota achievement through data-driven insights and forecasting
Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders across Clio
Analyzing and reporting on channel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and optimizations
Traveling as needed to support partner meetings and events
What you have:
Several years of experience leading and developing channel or sales teams within a B2B SaaS environment
Proven success in driving measurable revenue impact through sales leadership and partner collaboration
Exceptional communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross functionally and influence at all levels
A data informed approach to decision making and continuous improvement
Strategic thinking balanced with strong execution and accountability
A passion for helping partners succeed while driving shared business outcomes
Growth mindset when it comes to process improvement and new technologies, especially AI.

We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
