Clio
Clio is more than just a tech company–we are a global leader that is transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.
Summary:
Imagine you could personally change the future of the legal industry, scaling a high-growth business unit across Australia and New Zealand. As Head of Sharedo ANZ (powered by Clio), you’ll lead our expansion into the enterprise market, defining how Sharedo transforms how large law firms run their business.
This is a rare opportunity to scale a startup inside an established company. You’ll architect and execute the strategy to bring a proven product to a market where appetite for innovation is growing and enterprise law firms are hungry for scalable, process-driven solutions. You’ll build the go-to-market engine, establish a partner-led delivery model, and stand up customer success and support functions in-region.
Working in partnership with UK leadership and reporting to the Sharedo Chief Customer Officer, you are responsible for leading, managing, and continuously developing all aspects of Sharedo’s ANZ business.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead Sharedo’s growth in the ANZ enterprise legal market via our in-region partners.
Develop and execute a strategic vision to grow revenue and market share in the ANZ enterprise legal segment, in close alignment with Sharedo UK and vLex.
Build and lead a multi-disciplinary customer success and partnership enablement team.
Work with partners to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for large law firms (300+ seats), driving awareness, adoption, and momentum.
Stand up and scale a customer success organisation to support complex software implementations, including team structure and process design.
Create and manage a partner ecosystem, including system integrators and implementation firms, to accelerate delivery and adoption.
Collaborate with Sharedo UK, vLex and Clio teams on product strategy, roadmap localisation, and customer feedback loops.
What you may have:
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior business leader, responsible for both GTM and services in enterprise SaaS.
Enterprise software experience, with a strong track record of closing and implementing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
A CEO mindset—high agency, cross-functional fluency, P&L ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
Strong people leadership experience; you’ve built and led 10+ person orgs across sales, services, or CS.
Experience building customer success and delivery functions in a complex B2B environment.
Deep understanding of how to build and scale partner programs and customer onboarding processes.
Ability to drive strategy but also roll up your sleeves and build.
Background in or exposure to legal tech and understanding of law firm operations is a strong plus.
