Summary:

We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing Team in Toronto. This role is very hands-on and collaborative; experience working as part of a team that builds campaigns using Paid Media ad platforms is required.

What you’ll work on:

  • Paid Media:

    • Build & manage campaigns and audiences on Paid Media Channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.

    • Experimentation as we launch new ad channels

    • Create lead gen forms within ad platforms and integrate them with marketing automation tools

    • Participate in the ad creation process process via collaboration with the content and creative teams

    • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing) to support their strategic plans

    • Update weekly performance reports

  • Data & Measurement:

    • Analyze all aspects of Clio's marketing funnel and identify the largest areas of improvement to implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities

    • Develop innovative marketing ideas using research and data insights

    • Provide insights and actionable recommendations through regular reporting

What you may have:

  • 4+ years paid marketing experience using Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit & TikTok platforms

  • Experience of driving campaign optimization via campaign analysis and insights.

  • 1+ year in a B2B environment (driving MQLs for a sales team)

  • 1+ year using a project management platform such as Asana

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools

  • Experience launching / testing new channels

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and free up time on repetitive tasks

  • Working knowledge of Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo

The full salary range* for this role is $77,900 to $91,600 to $105,300 CAD.Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.

In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
