Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled Sr. Solutions Consultant to join our US team! In this role, you'll play a key part in configuring the Sharedo platform to meet our clients’ unique business needs. You'll work closely with both clients and partners—helping them understand how to use the platform’s tools effectively and empowering them to manage their own configurations.
This is a client-facing role, so strong communication skills and a consultative mindset are essential. You’ll collaborate with clients to understand their goals, set up workflows, design forms and templates, and deliver hands-on training.

ShareDo, part of Clio, is a cutting-edge, adaptive work management platform that empowers large law firms to create customized solutions for managing their work processes. We focus on mid-sized to large law firms that use ShareDo as their Case Management System to streamline operations, boost profitability, and enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Configuration
Workflow & Process Design: Set up "work types," workflows, and forms in Sharedo to align with each client’s business processes.
Data Customization: Gain deep knowledge of the Sharedo platform to create high-impact, value-driven customizations. We strive to exceed client expectations.
User Interface & Rule Setup: Customize fields, layouts, and business rules to meet client requirements.
Implementation Best Practices: Promote best practices for platform configuration to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
2. Client Support & Training
Client Onboarding & Enablement: Provide training and guidance to clients and partners, helping them confidently use Sharedo's configuration tools.
Interactive Workshops: Lead engaging workshops to demonstrate how to effectively configure and optimize the platform.
Mentorship & Ongoing Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them as they grow their in-house expertise.
3. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Documentation: Create clear, easy-to-follow documentation for platform configurations, customizations, and processes.
Best Practice Guidelines: Develop and share recommended configuration standards to help clients get the most out of the platform.
Knowledge Base Contributions: Write articles, FAQs, and how-to guides to support both clients and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Experience with Low-Code Platforms: Proven ability to configure business software using low-code or configurable platforms (e.g., Sharedo, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
Client Training Skills: Able to explain complex concepts clearly and simply to non-technical users.
Strong Attention to Detail: Accuracy and quality are key when configuring workflows and rules.
Process Documentation: Skilled at writing clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem Solver: Ability to identify issues and quickly implement effective configuration solutions.
Preferred:
Experience with Sharedo or Similar Platforms is highly desirable.
Background in Workflow Design or Process Modeling is a strong plus.

The full salary range* for this role is $98,100 to $115,400 to $132,700 USD.Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
