We are currently looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing Team in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto.
What your team does:
The Demand Generation team is a high-impact part of our Marketing team, the primary driver of Clio’s revenue machine. We lead strategic campaigns and initiatives that attract, engage, and convert target segments in the legal industry. Although Clio is headquartered in Canada and is the world’s leading cloud-based legal software with over 150,000 legal professions in 130+ countries using Clio around the world, we’re only scratching the surface in terms of our opportunity in the Canadian market. You’ll play a critical role in helping scale our Canadian growth.

Who you are:
You are an experienced Demand Generation marketer with a proven track record of strategizing, implementing, and executing data-driven marketing programs that achieve ambitious targets. You are known for your communication skills and work well with a tight-knit, friendly, and high-performing team. You also have strong collaboration skills and are able to work cross-functionally to execute programs. You're known for being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear set of priorities. You’re also not afraid of a challenge and are excited about the opportunity to help Clio reach a new level of growth while accelerating your professional development and expanding your skill set.
What you’ll work on:
Develop Clio’s growth strategy for solo, small, and mid-sized law firms in Canada, identifying marketing opportunities that can unlock exponential growth;
Launch and optimize demand campaigns that drive awareness and interest in Clio;
Analyze all aspects of Clio’s marketing funnel, identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities;
Partner closely with the marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to monitor metrics, gather feedback, and achieve results, adjusting programs as needed to meet goals;
Work closely with Law Society partners in the legal industry to build strong relationships, and collaborative marketing initiatives;
Plan and execute trade show and event strategies, representing Clio at industry events across Canada;
Deeply understand the audiences in your segment and share insights across the team;
Maintain scalable end-to-end programs, designed with specific goals based on the business segment.
What you should have:
5-7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, demand generation focused marketing organization
Excellent analytical skills and experience measuring data-driven marketing programs
Proven events/tradeshow/field marketing experience and willingness to travel regularly across Canada
Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
Strong communication, presentation, project management, and writing skills
Comfort making decisions with imperfect information
Superior marketing skills across multiple paid and organic channels
A focus on driving leads and opportunities
Serious bonus points if you:
Experience in B2B SaaS
Legal industry knowledge and/or experience
Familiarity with Salesforce and Looker

In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.
*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
