Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Payments GTM Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations Team. This role is available to candidates in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto.

What your team does:

Revenue Operations has one job—to drive growth by accelerating our revenue-generating and revenue-retaining teams. We directly support Sales, Marketing, Channel, Payments, Customer Enablement and Customer Support by providing insights, reducing friction, and enabling teams to be innovative and self-sufficient.

Who you are:

You will be working on the Payments GTM Operations team in the Revenue Operations department. Your team drives Go-To-Market strategies for the Payments business by managing programs, enabling data-driven decision making, and executing strategic plans to enable Clio to be the financial solutions provider of choice for legal firms and drive Clio’s revenue goals. In this role, you will design, implement, and measure strategic Go-To-Market programs, initiatives, and processes that enable our Payments business to grow and scale effectively. You have a passion for identifying complex business challenges and designing highly effective and scalable operational solutions, by building, experimenting, and iterating continuously. You will work collaboratively with the Payments leadership team, Revenue Operations team, Product team, and Go-to-Market teams including Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. You will report directly to the Director of Customer Success Operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serve as a key strategic and operational business partner for the Payments leadership team and the cross-functional teams that support the Clio Payments product

  • Manage programs and related strategic initiatives aimed at developing the Clio Payments and Financial Performance portfolio

  • Identify business needs, scope requirements, and plan execution of Clio Payments projects with cross-functional teams

  • Build reporting and ROI analysis to measure the effectiveness of customer programs and initiatives intended to increase adoption and performance of the Clio Payments line of business

  • Drive ongoing communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams supporting Clio Payments goals

  • Uncover opportunities to increase efficiencies and create new programs for Clio Payments to drive customer growth and adoption

What you bring:

  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations or Payments Operations at a software company

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key metrics for Financial Services businesses and/or Payments products

  • Excellent organization and time management skills; experience creating and maintaining detailed project plans, meeting tight deadlines, and proactively surfacing risks and issues

  • Data-driven and analytical; able to use data to measure the business impact of your work

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels including executives and cross-functional teams

  • Strong ability to work both independently and in teams to deliver successful outcomes

The full salary range* for this role is $97,700 to $115,000 to $132,300 CAD..

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
