About the role

As a Strategy and Planning Manager at Amenitiz, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that align with our business goals. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and formulate strategies to achieve our objectives. Your focus will be on ensuring that our strategic initiatives are effectively planned and executed, driving our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales and business operations plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute business strategies.
    • Lead cross-functional projects to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
    • Prepare and present strategic plans and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
    • Support the annual planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    • Develop and refine sales forecasts and plans, working closely with the finance and marketing teams to align sales targets with overall business objectives and market conditions.
    • Develop and manage sales incentive programs to motivate and reward high performance, setting clear performance criteria and ensuring fair and transparent incentive structures.
    • Design, deploy and manage the target setting process, and build the performance tracking and evaluation.
    • Develop and implement compensation plans.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Compensation plan success, that drives performance and increased productivity

  • Team sustained performance, measured by achievement against targets

  • Initiative Success Rate: Measure the completion rate and success of strategic initiatives against predefined objectives

  • Financial Performance: Assess the impact of strategic initiatives on revenue growth, profit margins, and overall profitability. Track return on investment (ROI) for major initiatives.

  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Measure the effectiveness of strategies in acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones. Track customer lifetime value (CLTV) and customer churn rates.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, performing strategy and planning roles, with a focus on business operations and growth.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans.

  • Proven experience in planning and forecasting, target setting

  • Experience in implementing and driving compensation plans

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.

  • Comfortable in writing queries and pulling data, creating your analysis, data visualization.

  • SQL proficiency, and and you are an excel expert

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to senior leadership.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving strategic growth.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages, especially French, Italian, or Spanish, are a plus.
