About the role:

***Note this is an Afternoon shift position from 13h to 22h ***

One of the most challenging goals at Amenitiz is to keep our clients happy throughout their journey with us. You will be in charge of our customer’s success using our product, you're on the company's front line, and you will be a reflection of the level of service we give our clients.

You will be responsible for helping our clients achieve a better understanding of the product, solving any problems they might have, and linking up with the product team to make sure we always exceed expectations.

Your mission:


- Be part of an amazing team of people, working closely with your team leader, and delivering the best service possible to hoteliers and property owners.
- As the next in line after the sale, you will directly impact client acquisition by showing and demonstrating the value of Amenitiz for their businesses.
- You will use great product knowledge, pedagogy & empathy skills to ensure client retention and ensure Amenitiz will be the last tool they need!
- You will directly impact customer satisfaction & product adoption by building great trust and showing your expertise in the industry.
- Make sure clients know how to use Amenitiz and help them become product experts themselves.
- Build solid relationships with our customers to limit the churn rate by setting them up for success.
- Ensure optimal use of the solution and look for opportunities to increase revenue per customer by offering relevant cross-selling solutions.

About you:


- You are Brazilian Portuguese native speaker, and you have outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written also in English
- You have at least some previous experience in a customer-facing role, handling direct communications via chat, phone, and email.
- You have strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt to each client to provide a personalised experience.
- Empathy is one of your strongest skills, you are able to put yourself in the customer's shoes and actively handle their requests.
- Excellent organisation and coordination skills, you are a natural problem solver and are not afraid to think outside the box for solutions.
