About the role

You love to solve business problems using technology. You are at the crossroads of being a business-oriented person and an engineer. You like automating and scaling processes that people do manually and helping the entire organization save days of tedious work! You are passionate about sales, marketing, customer support, and believe that a successful revenue team is based on a smart and lean CRM and technology at the service of the business. You are ready to roll up your sleeves, dig in and build so that you can have a direct impact on Amenitiz. You want to enable our sales, marketing and customer teams to achieve their mission of generating cash efficiently serving our customers, this role is for you.

As our CRM Engineering Lead you are:

  • You are in charge of our technical revenue engine (Hubspot), playing a key role in building and supporting our cutting-edge marketing, sales and customer operations.
  • You design the UX and the CRM as a product to enable a seamless flow of prospection and customer management across the departments, as well as making it a productive machine for the sales, marketing and customer officers.
  • You leverage your knowledge of lists, workflows, chat flows, integrations, reports, properties, and more to drive success and deliver exceptional results.
  • You develop and maintain a robust and smart operations data models as the foundation of the company business information, leading to the decision making.
  • You own the data quality of our CRM and implementing action plans to improve the quality and prevent any issues.
  • You automate CRM journeys and analyzing and reviewing all journeys to drive improvements.
  • You lead with project management fast-scaling technical projects, you guide detailed projects to success and you help to scale our business forward.
  • You work with a variety of stakeholder across marketing, sales, customer, operations, data and through all the layers of management to ensure that every operation is a success.
  • You are curious, you go on the field to understand how people work, you look for answer through expert networking or any external source that is relevant.
  • You ask question to understand the problem before proposing solutions. You are pragmatic and look for the best solution disregarding if it's the existing or a new appraoch. Only result matter for you.

As our CRM Engineering Lead you will have:

    • Extensive experience using Hubspot.
    • Love for sales, marketing and the revenue engines in tech
    • A proven track record of sales, operations or consulting and you want to apply it to the technical engineering of the CRM
    • Exceptional analytical skills to regularly analyze data and make informed decisions affecting projects and performance.
    • A deep understanding of marketing, sales or customer automation strategy.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail while managing multiple projects
    • A strong sense of individual ownerships, roles and responsibility.
    • Creativity and problem-solving capabilities.
    • The ability to adapt easily to fast-changing environments, with a quick turnaround while working collaboratively and positively.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Accuracy and great attention to detail.
    • Autonomy and the ability to be both a team player and self-driven/motivated.
    • Experience in self-coding and software development, specifically with SQL and Python is a plus
    • Strong project management skills and structured approach.
