About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern you will play a crucial role in supporting the TA team by efficiently managing interview schedules, maintaining applicant tracking systems, enhancing candidate experience, assisting with administrative duties, and generating insightful recruitment reports. You will help ensure a seamless recruitment process, support the People Team, and contribute to the development of a best-in-class people strategy that aligns with and supports Amenitiz’s business goals!

Your missions

  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of interviews in close partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Applicant Tracking System Management: Maintain the applicant tracking system (Teamtailor) and TA database, ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the People Operations team with administrative duties, including contract preparation, immigration documentation, and other related tasks.
  • Collaboration with People Team: Actively participate in team meetings and initiatives, sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of a best-in-class people strategy.

  • Adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments and handling changing priorities easily.
  • Very organized, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Great communication skills, proficient in English to ensure a positive candidate experience and seamless coordination.
  • Detail-oriented, maintaining accurate records, preparing error-free documents, and generating precise reports.
  • Tech-savvy, using recruitment software and digital tools effectively, adapting quickly to new technologies.
  • Proactive, identifying challenges, seeking process improvements, and contributing to team success
  • Collaborative, working closely with the People Team, supporting initiatives, and sharing knowledge.
