About the role
As a Customer Onboarding Intern you will be on the company’s front line and you will be a reflection of the level of service we give our clients. One of the most challenging goals at Amenitiz is to keep our clients happy throughout their journey with us.
Your mission will be to guide our new customers through digital transformation. Your expertise in Amenitiz software and abilities to train our customers efficiently will bring their Business to a new level with Amenitiz.
Your missions
- Put yourself in the customer’s shoes and be the customer's trusted point of contact, always ready to answer the customer's question and specific needs.
- Educate our clients on how to use and benefit the most from our product so they can become masters in their business
- Build robust relationships with our customers to help them get as much value as possible from Amenitiz.
- Be ready for upselling additional Amenitiz solutions to meet our customers’ needs
- Provide our customers with any extra advice requested, always looking to go the extra mile!
About you
- Outstanding communication skills both spoken and written in French and English.
- You are interested in new technologies and eager to help us digitalise the hospitality industry.
- You look for growth through challenge and proactiveness.
- Learning any new thing is always exciting for you.You have customer orientation and the ability to adapt to each client providing a personalized experience.
- Empathy and patience are one of your strongest skills, you are able to put yourself in the customer's shoes and actively handle their requests.
- Excellent organization and coordination skills, you are a natural problem solver and are not afraid to think outside the box for solutions.
Requirements
- Internship agreement provided by your University
- Documentation allowing you to work in Spain full time (40h/week)
